Job Responsibilities

This individual will be the administrative lead for a major showcase event at SMART, called Remix.

  • All logistics, including but not limited to selecting and coordinating with vendors, handling registrations, space, etc.
  • Logistics concerning content: organize the presenters, email expectations to panellists, poster presenters, and start-up representatives.
  • Coordinate and align expectations of stakeholders, including other administrators and management.
  • Identify key post-event follow-up items.

Job Requirements

  • Experience planning, managing, and executing events
  • This individual will be adaptive to different time zones including Boston and Singapore, where members of the planning committee live.
