Company Description
ArrowBiome is a Singapore-based biotech startup developing precision microbiome solutions using its proprietary lysin engineering platform, spun out of SMART AMR and NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. Lysins are highly selective enzymes derived from bacteriophages that target and destroy specific bacteria without disrupting beneficial microbiome balance. ArrowBiome's initial applications address acne and body odour, with longer-term pipeline targeting gut health and antimicrobial resistance. Its platform offers specificity, speed, and low likelihood of resistance development.
