Gray Matter Solutions is a Singapore-based health technology company focused on transforming the detection and management of cognitive decline. Our flagship product, ReCOGnAIze, is an HSA-registered digital cognitive assessment platform that uses engaging, game-based tasks to measure cognitive domains such as memory, attention, processing speed, and executive function. Developed from clinical research at the Dementia Research Centre (Singapore) and NTU, ReCOGnAIze enables fast, scalable, and clinically meaningful brain health screening across clinics, hospitals, workplaces, and community settings. By combining digital biomarkers, AI analytics, and accessible user experiences, we aim to make cognitive screening routine, affordable, and actionable for ageing populations.
