Company Description
New Silicon Corporation (NSC) is a Singapore-based fabless semiconductor company spun out of SMART's LEES research group. NSC holds the exclusive licence to SMART's patented technology for monolithically integrating compound semiconductors (III-V) with silicon CMOS. This breakthrough enables next-generation chips for 5G communications, AR/VR wearable displays, smart lighting, and automotive applications — all manufacturable using existing 200mm semiconductor infrastructure, eliminating the need for billions in new capital investment.
